At Euterpe YA Books, our mission is to support readers, authors, and the young people we exist for. Readers, by providing great stories and a powerful reading experience; authors by providing professional support from pre-submission to post-release; and young people by providing writing contests, writing workshops, and a youth friendly atmosphere.
About our Muse
EUTERPE was one of the nine Mousai (Muses), the goddesses of music, song and dance. Her name was derived from the Greek words eu- and terpô, meaning "giver of much delight."
In Classical times, when the Muses were assigned specific artistic spheres, Euterpe was named Muse of lyric poetry. Her attribute was the double-flute. (definition from Theoi)
